Starkey could be entry point for new hearing device player
If hearing device group Starkey is put up for sale, the company would not just be an option for the rest of the current Big Six. A new player, which has shown an interest in the sector for years, will finally have the chance to get its foot in the door, according to Bernstein.

Korean tech giant Samsung might finally have found a way into the global hearing device industry, Bernstein says in a new analysis. According to the investment and analysis firm, Samsung might use the current travails of the world’s fifth largest hearing device maker, Starkey, as en entry point into the market, should Starkey be put up for sale.
