William Demant wants to buy remaining stake in French company
The Danish hearing device group William Demant says French authorities have approved its purchase of a majority stake in a French rival, but it wants more.

Denmark’s William Demant has won approval from the French Competition Authority to buy 53.9% of the shares in Audika Groupe and the hearing device group now wants to take control of the remaining shares, it says in a stock market wire Friday.
