After announcing the news that Lundbeck’s CEO Ulf Wiinberg would be leaving his job due to a breach of the company’s code of conduct, Lundbeck later clarified the matter, saying that a personal gift of 55 shares in the British biotech company Stratified Medical was the real reason for his departure.
