Ambu: Nirvana for any company
CEO Lars Marcher is proud and pleasantly surprised by Ambu’s ability to lift the gross margins of three recently acquired companies to the group’s own level. But the US medtech tax – which, he says, is decidedly un-American – weighs down on operations.

The first quarter of the current fiscal year gives Lars Marcher a lot of hope, as well as a certain sense of pride. The Ambu CEO has managed to steer the Danish company through a transition period following the acquisition of three companies and the gross margin has returned to normal Ambu-levels.
