Industry association open to women’s quota
Quotas are a potential method for including more women in management positions in Corporate Denmark. This is according to the Danish Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry (Lif). However, Group President Ida Sofie Jensen stresses the need for implementing quotas moderately and the individual responsibility of companies and women.
