New domicile to prepare Novo A/S for future growth
Novo A/S has stopped renting offices and instead bought the whole domicile in Hellerup from the pension fund PKA in order to avoid future space problems. The building was sold for a price of about USD 30 million above the official valuation.

These days, most companies choose to sell their headquarter buildings to investors and instead lease office space. But Novo A/S – holding company for the Novo Nordisk Foundation and owner of Novo Nordisk and Novozymes – is bucking the trend.
