Novo Nordisk paves the way for bigger pay packages
With a minor change to its articles of association, the board of directors in Novo Nordisk might have paved the way for significantly higher wages for its executive members. According to a headhunter, the move could enable the Danish company to find the heir to Lars Rebien Sørensen’s throne outside of the company.
