Victory for Forward Pharma in patent fight with Biogen
The European Patent Office has revoked one of Biogen’s patents for multiple sclerosis drug Tecfidera. It is the second victory for Denmark’s Forward Pharma in the two companies’ fight for the rights to the drug's active substance.
