Amplifon confirms Samsung discussions
The world’s biggest hearing device dealer, Amplifon, has been in talks with Korea’s Samsung. Should a deal materialize, it would spell trouble for the Big Six, and especially for one of the Danish players, according to Bernstein.

Korean media has recently been speculating that the country’s tech giant Samsung might be set to enter the hearing device industry. The world’s biggest hearing device dealer, Italy’s Amplifon, now confirms that it has in fact held discussions with Samsung concerning the hearing device segment, Bernstein’s Lisa Clive writes in a new analysis.
