Sydbank doubtful of GN bid for Siemens unit
Sydbank analyst Morten Imsgaard believes one particular factor makes it difficult for GN Resound to win a potential bid for Siemens’ hearing aids division.

It will prove very difficult for the Danish hearing devices group GN Resound to take control of Siemens' hearing aids unit in spite of the prospect of major economies of scale from a combination of the two businesses. GN has to factor in the potential loss of clients, especially as regards the major Italian distributor Amplifon.
