Philips buys Danish medtech company
Unisensor has been sold to Dutch giant Philips Healthcare. The two companies have collaborated for years, and when Philips made an attractive offer that lived up to all of Unisensor’s wishes, the Danish company jumped at the opportunity.

All that is missing is a few details before Danish medtech company Unisensor will officially become a part of the Dutch giant Philips Healthcare. Unisensor’s CEO has rejected a number of offers in the past, but this time, he found himself unable to say no as the conditions were just right.
