Either Lundbeck or the EU Commission is lying
Lundbeck was recently handed a historically high fine of DKK 700m (USD 124m) by the EU Commission for violating competition laws. Both parties accuse each other of lying about important, internal documents.

Internal documents from Lundbeck referring to “a pile of $$$” and a “club”, are at the centre of a case in which the Danish company is accused of acting outside of the law in a bid to avoid generics manufacturers from violating its valid patents a few years back.
