The repeal of the entrepreneurial tax, which was agreed by the Danish parliament shortly before Christmas, is positive news for the biotech industry, and it is expected to raise the incitation for investors, including business angels, to make investments of less than 10 % in Danish biotech companies.

Moreover, it will provide the companies with significantly easier access to risk capital, says the two corporate lawyers, Karin Absalonsen and Henrietta La Cour from Nyborg & Rørdam Advokatfirma in a column in the magazine MTI – Medicinsk Teknologi & Informatik (Medical Technology & Informatics).
