Lawyers: The death of entrepreneurial tax gives way to biotech investments
The Danish pariament’s agreement to remove an entrepreneurial tax opens new possibilities in the biotech industry, but according to several players there are still a range of inhibiting taxes in place.

The repeal of the entrepreneurial tax, which was agreed by the Danish parliament shortly before Christmas, is positive news for the biotech industry, and it is expected to raise the incitation for investors, including business angels, to make investments of less than 10 % in Danish biotech companies.
