Moving forward slowly simply will not cut it any longer. The Danish medtech company Coloplast has had offices in South Africa since the Mandela regime-change in 1994, but sales have not really taken off, according to CEO of the company’s South African division, Dave Dudley.

“We have seen a solid progress, but there hasn’t been a monumental change. We have perhaps been a bit slow in gearing up – typically Afrikaans. We need to speed things up, because there are opportunities within the market, and we need to get there faster than we are at present,” he tells Danish business daily Børsen.
