Lundbeck on the FDA's blacklist: We don't understand
The US health authority has published a list of companies that may have used questionable tactics in order to delay generic competition. Lundbeck is among them, but it is completely wrong says the company's Head of Corporate Communications.
In an attempt to create more transparency concerning the possibility of manufacturing generics, the US drug authority, the FDA, has published a list of companies that the authority has received complaints about in regards to not wanting to supply samples of brand drugs for the generic drug manufacturers.
