Roche begins search for new General Manager for Roche Innovation Center Copenhagen

The pharmaceutical giant Roche has started looking for a new general manager for the company's Danish innovation center after Bo Rode Hansen left the position. "A process has been initiated, and we're looking both internally and externally," says Roche.

It came as a bit of a surprise to most people, when the US-based start up company Genevant Sciences announced Thursday last week that it had recruited Roche's Global Head of RNA Therapeutic and General Manager of Roche Innovation Center Copenhagen, Bo Rode Hansen, as President, Chief Scientific Officer and Head of R&D.

Therefore, Roche did not have a replacement for Bo Rode Hansen ready, and the company thus had to start from scratch in terms of finding a replacement for the general manager, who has been in charge of Roche Innovation Center Copenhagen since 2016.
