Danish CRO to buy Scandinavian rival
A significant takeover is underway in the Danish contract research industry after the company Larix agreed to buy a national rival in a deal that the company pursued for one very specific reason.

The Danish contract research organization (CRO) Larix has struck a deal to buy all activities from its rival Norma A/S. All 15 Norma employees will be transferred to Larix in connection with the transaction, the value of which has not been disclosed.
