Fujifilm's medicine factory in Hillerød to make covid-19 treatments for Gates Foundation

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has hired Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies' factory in Hillerød to produce covid-19 treatments for use in developing countries.

When treatments for covid-19 need to be mass-produced in the hopefully not too distant future, a medicine factory in Hillerød with 800 employees will play a central role.

The Bill & Melinda Gates foundation has reserved Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies' factory, which will be ready and waiting to produce a treatment for covid-19 chosen by the foundation.
