Pharmaceutical company's Hørsholm base sold to medicine importer

The contract manufacturing organization HB Medical will be cut in half, as medicine importer Vital Pharma has bought the Grundtvig family out of the Hørsholm-based subsidiary company, though ownership of the production in Falster will remain the same. The new owner is keeping details about the takeover close to their chest.
