Chemometec chair fired the CEO: "Only the fewest divorces are happy ones"
Preben Køning, chair of the board at Chemometec, reports that the company's CEO, Michael Eising, was fired for spending too little time at the firm's headquarters in Allerød.
Investors had a shock on Friday, when Chemometec released a brief stock exchange announcement stating that the board had decided to fire CEO Michael Eising. Eising had been at the helm as the share prices multiplied to 71 times their original value, the revenue quadrupled and profits increased to 36 times their former amount.
