
Things look great for the Danish diagnostics company Scandinavian Micro Biodevices (SMB). So great, in fact, that it has begun dreaming big and initiated a process that should lead to a sale.
“We have launched a strategic process where we have identified and hired an investment banker to run the process in the form of Jefferies’ healthcare team in London. We are considering all options in that process, but an IPO in Denmark is unlikely, as the Danish market is nonexistent,” says Chairman of the Board Jarne Elleholm (photo).
