Novo hires 100 new employees to Chinese factory

Novo Nordisk’s giant Chinese factory outside of Beijing is taking a crucial step towards meeting the growing insulin needs of Chinese patients. Medwatch visited the factory, which is located in one of the government's high priority areas.

Some 800 employees in light blue scrubs buzz around Novo Nordisk’s factory in the Chinese city Tianjan a two-hour car ride from Beijing. They will soon be joined by another 100 employees who will assist in filling the pens with insulin, so they are ready for the Chinese patients.
