Chairman: Zealand’s future is global

Dutchman Daan Ellens has resumed his position as Chairman of the board in Zealand Pharma after a year as vice-Chairman. See why he took over the seat from former ISS chief, Jørgen Lindegaard, and learn more about the strategy of the successful biotech company.

Following the latest general assembly at the end of April Dutchman Daan Ellens assumed the post as Chairman of Zealand Pharma.

He is not completely new to company, however, as he also acted as Chairman of the Danish biotech in the period from 2007-2012. In 2012 he swapped places with former ISS and SAS chief, Jørgen Lindegaard, who was vice-Chairman at the time. But just a year later the roles have been reversed once again.
