Genmab in new platform collaboration

Genmab has agreed to collaborate with a Japanese pharmaceutical company concerning one of the Danish biotech company’s technologies.

Genmab has entered into a new research collaboration with Japanese company Kyowa Hakko Kirin aimed at developing bispecific antibodies from Genmab’s DuoBody technology, the Danish company announces in a stock market release.

The financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed, but if the collaboration proves successful, the companies have the option of signing a licensing deal for the development of a new DuoBody product, Genmab writes.
