CEO: ”It’s pretty well done by Exiqon”

Exiqon-CEO Lars Kongsbak explains the basis of the deal the Danish medtech company signed recently with the biggest Asian player within the company’s business area.

Exiqon needed a partner for the Asian markets. Language barriers, regional competition and organizational challenges would have made it very difficult for the Danish medtech group to perform well without the help of a local partner.

That is the assessment from the company’s CEO Lars Kongsbak when asked about the basis for choosing to enter into a distribution partnership on a number of Asian markets earlier this month.
