Two industrious students had the great idea to develop a biosensor that could recognize the DNA of harmful bacteria. Now, they aim to use it in the battle against water polution and infections.

The ultimate target is a biosensor that will allow for instant testing for bacteria polution, according to the report ”performanceregnskab for innovationsmiljøerne 2012” which outlines the major innovations of the previous year. Responsible for the report is The Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation.
