New CEO to realize medtech entrepreneurs' IPO dreams

The founders of Danish medtech firm Particle3D have appointed former Bioporto manager Thea Wulff Olesen as CEO for their company that develops 3D-printed bone implants. Her long experience is to turn the startup into a public company.

Eight pigs with brand-new 3D-printed jawbones represent an important step for the Danish startup Particle3D that develops 3D-printed bone implants.

A fun idea for two friends' bachelor thesis proved to be so interesting that supervisors and investors helped establish the company Particle3D. The founders expect to initiate in-human trials in the near future.
