Danish vaccine company acquired in million-dollar deal

UK-based Croda has acquired a Danish company producing adjuvants for vaccines for more than DKK 500 million (USD 75.98 million). The company will now be incorporated into Croda's life science division.

Danish Brenntag Biosector originally stems from an 80 years old project from the Danish body for disease control and research, Statens Serum Institut (SSI), but will in future be part of UK-based Croda's life science division.

The British company has acquired Brenntag Biosector for approximately DKK 540 million (USD 82.06 million).
