Dane steps down from British top job: "I have been considering it for a long time"

Symphogen co-founder John Haurum resigns from British biotech company F-Star after more than six years in the CEO position. Now, he wants to spend more time with his family in Copenhagen, but he does not exclude the possibility that he will take a new position in the Danish biotech industry.

Since 2012, John Haurum, co-founder of the Danish biotech company Symphogen, has held the position as CEO in the British biotech company F-Star. But that time has come to an end.

This week, the Cambridge-based company announced the appointment of a new CEO to succeed Haurum.
