Biotech company seeks listing in the US - aims to raise USD 92 million

Danish biotech company Y-mabs Therapeutics, led by one of the Genmab founders, is prepared for going public in the US. The plan is to raise more than DKK half a billion.

Y-mabs Therapeutics is most likely the next Danish biotech company to go public.

The company, which is registered in Denmark as well as the US, has filed with the US stock exchange authorities SEC to carry out an IPO on Nasdaq Global Select in the US.
