Virogates went public with excitement, expectations and a flat opening

On Tuesday morning, the first shares in biotech company Virogates were traded on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. It was celebrated at an event, where spirits were high and the excitement obvious.

Tuesday morning, an "excited and happy" Virogates CEO, Jakob Knudsen, bid welcome at a ceremony at Nasdaq in Copenhagen, where the company celebrated its first day on the stock exchange.

"It is a big day for a small company. We are very happy and proud to be here today," said Knudsen.
