Novo Foundation's large biotech program opens for applications in September

After a busy spring, the new Novo-financed Bioinnovation Institute is ready to bring in the first projects and reveal how the institute's entrepreneurial initiatives have been structured - it will happen this fall, says Director.

Following months of excitement, the Novo Foundation's new Bioinnovation Institute (BII) is ready to reveal which companies will get the first places as well as the development process the companies will go through.

If all goes to plan, Director of BII, Thomas Nagy, estimates that the first companies will begin working at the institute in the fall. The institute is being established on the third floor of Copenhagen Bio Science Park (COBIS).

Der ligger antigentests klar på lager fra tidligere indkøb, og de dækker i første omgang behovet for selvtests til skoleelever, som Regeringen og KL forleden besluttede skal supplere de kommunale skolers testindsats. En nyt udbud er netop skudt i gang for at dække efterspørgslen, når lagrene er tømte, oplyser styrelse.
